Membership Services

The Content made available on movedaily.world (the “Site”) can be availed only by registered Users who have purchased a membership (“Member”). You may need to register Yourself on the Site to avail these services (“Membership”). To become a Member, You may be required to provide certain personal information to MoveDaily and will be required to make a one-time payment (“Membership Fee”) through a debit card, credit card, internet banking, e-prepaid wallet, or other payment methods accepted by MoveDaily (“Payment Method(s)”). MoveDaily uses third-party payment gateways to process and facilitate the payment of Your Membership Fee. The Membership Fee is a single, one-time payment — there are no recurring charges, auto-renewals, or subscription billing of any kind.

Payments

• The Membership Fee is billed once, at the time of purchase. Your Membership will be effective from the date on which You complete the payment.
• MoveDaily will never charge Your Payment Method again for the same Membership. In case of any change in the Membership Fee for future purchasers, such change will not affect a Membership already purchased by You.
• The Membership Fee is inclusive of applicable taxes.
• The Membership Fee is non-refundable, irrespective of whether the Membership has been availed or used by You or not.
• Any request for cancellation of Your Membership after payment has been made will not entitle You to a refund of any portion of the Membership Fee.
• You understand and acknowledge that MoveDaily only facilitates the third-party payment gateway for processing of payments. This facility is managed by the third-party payment gateway provider, and You are required to follow all the terms and conditions of such third-party payment gateway provider.
• You are responsible for the accuracy and authenticity of the payment information provided by You, including bank account number, credit card, or debit card details, and any other information requested during the purchase process. You represent and warrant that You have the right to use any credit card, debit card, or other payment information that You submit. You agree and acknowledge that MoveDaily shall not be liable and in no way be held responsible for any losses whatsoever, whether direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential, including without limitation any losses due to delay in processing of payment instructions or any credit card or debit card fraud.
• You can file any complaint related to payment processing on the Site, and the same will be forwarded to the concerned third-party payment gateway provider for redressal.
• Upon payment being received by MoveDaily through any of the Payment Methods, MoveDaily shall make the relevant Membership available to You through any of the approved modes of delivery that MoveDaily adopts.
• It is hereby clarified that the Membership offered to You is offered by MoveDaily and not by any third party, including any payment gateway service providers.
• MoveDaily reserves the right to change, terminate, or otherwise amend its Membership offerings and the Membership Fee for future purchases at its sole discretion and at any time. Such amendments shall be effective upon posting on the Site and shall not affect Memberships already purchased.
• MoveDaily reserves the right to change, supplement, alter, or remove any of the Content available under the Membership as it deems fit. MoveDaily does not guarantee the availability of any specific Content or a minimum amount of Content under the Membership.

Termination of Service

MoveDaily reserves the right to immediately terminate, suspend, limit, or restrict Your account or Your use of the Services or access to Content at any time, without notice or liability, if MoveDaily so determines in its sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever, including that You have breached the Terms and Conditions or the Privacy Policy, violated any law, rule, or regulation, engaged in any inappropriate conduct, provided false or inaccurate information, or for any other reason. You hereby agree and consent to the above and agree and acknowledge that MoveDaily can, at its sole discretion, exercise its rights in relation to any or all of the above, and that MoveDaily, its directors, officers, employees, affiliates, agents, contractors, principals, or licensors shall not be liable in any manner for the same. You hereby also agree that MoveDaily shall not refund any amounts that You may have paid to access and/or use the Services.
